Easter Blessings!

I just wanted to wish all of my wonderful customers a Blessed Easter. This Easter I am reminded that people, us, we are the reason for Easter. Our Savior loved and still loves us that He sent His Son to die and more importantly rise to be our living Saviour so we can have a personal relationship with Him and have a life full of abundance in Him. If you do not have a home church to attend I would like to invite you to attend church with me and my family at The Rock, in Anaheim. They have two services on Saturday at 4:30 & 6:30 and two on Sunday at 9:00 & 11:15 am. We will be attending the 9:00 am service. Check The Rock out @ http://www.gototherock.com/ I wish you all a day filled with many smiles, as you watch the little ones and some big ones color and search for eggs, dig in their baskets to find surprises and don't forget the grown-ups as we prepare the feast. However you will be celebrating Easter Sunday have a memorable day!
Blessings,
Sonja

BIG Bite & Zutter in the House!

We have new Big Bite... the Zutter Bind it All and Dream Kuts cutter. I have already sold some of these new products, my customers are the best.
The Zutter Bind it All is my new favorite thing, I offer it at a really good price too! I used to think a Mini Book should be at least 5 to 8 pages, but I enjoy making 3 & 4 page books .These books are easier for me to complete and it makes me feel good when I accomplish something. I enjoy giving things to my friends but I am always short on time. Mini books are a great thing to make and give. You can be the cool friend...always take pictures when you are at BBQ's, Parties, Family Gatherings,..go home and print out a few of your favorites pics... make a Mini Book and give to your friends, or family member who hosted the event...they will love it and you will have instant "Cool Friend or Family member" status. That's my Zutter story and I'm stickin' to it!
Share your favorite Big Bite or Zutter story...we all need to scraplift a little...
Don't get stuck in the trap of doing things the way you see them done..tweak it!

My Bad:(

After getting some requests to be open on Sunday's I decided to open the doors. Well, I realized that I made the wrong decision... I believe that I should set that day aside to honor God. I got a little side-tracked trying to be a good business owner. I know this is the right decision so we will no longer be open on Sunday's.

We're seeing monkeys!

Check it out! We are going bananas about these monkey stamps! They came in last week and they are just too stinkin' cute! You gotta come in and see them in person!

Cropper's Wanted!

Last month, we had two fantastic days of cropping fun. On Friday the 23rd and Saturday the 24th, we had a total of eleven wonderful ladies come scrapbook with us; working on lots of extremely adorable pages and projects. On Friday the ladies cropped from 4 to 11 PM and then from 10:30 to 11 PM on Saturday. We had so much fun with the full house that we had that we will be having a Friday night and all day Saturday crop again this weekend, March 14th and 15th. Come one day or come both days, your choice! It was so fun just to see all of the different ideas and photos that everyone has! The ladies enjoyed lunch and lots of fun drawings! We'd love to have you join us this weekend, March 14th and 15th as we spend the weekend scrapbooking! Be sure to reserve your spot today, because this event books fast!

The Winner is....

Congratulations to Sherie Hart, the winner of our Grand Prize at the Tour de Crop. The ladies on the tour received a gold coin for every $20 spent throughout the day at all of the different stores. At our home store we gathered all of the coins and picked one for our winner. Sherie won a Karen Foster tote bag filled with to the rim with papers, albums, ribbons, embellishments, adhesives, and some gift items...the bag was worth over $200. You can tell by the picture we were all very happy for her!

My Neck Hurts!

I will learn how to rotate the pictures be patients still a little wet behind the ears. I posted the pictures anyway, if you turn your head at just the right angle you will be able to enjoy them!

Honey I'm Home

We made it home from our first Tour de Crop bus tour. I took a passenger van full of 14 ladies to Pages from the Heart in Monrovia, and Scraparazzi in Whittier on Saturday, March 1. I had a great time hanging out with some of my dear customers. We played games on the bus, laughed, made make-n-takes, had lunch and did some major shopping at these lovely stores. I was the bus driver and Leslie, one of our designers, was the tour guide. She was a trooper, she actually sat on a stool facing the ladies to play the games...she was fighting car sickness but fought through it without incident. Yeah! because I am a sympathetic throw upper...it could have been ugly. I want to thank the girls who stayed at the store to make sure all of our guests felt welcome and unfortunately had to trouble shoot the problem of a backed up toilet. Why does that always seem to happen when you have company? I am blessed to have such a great support group of close friends and customers that volunteer to help whenever they can. Debbie, Lindsey, Heidi and Lynette you are appreciated!!! I want to thank Bill the plumber too...your gift of unclogging things was definitely priceless! Looking forward to our next tour in October...

Company's Coming!

I think all of the water is out of my ears from jumping in the blogging pool. I have been cleaning house well the store is like home, We are getting ready for our Tour de Crop Spring Hop on Saturday, March 1. Phew! I needed a break....so I thought I would put up a new post (is that the correct terminology?) We are Spring hopping with Scraparazzi in Whittier and Pages from the Heart in Monrovia. All three of us will be filling a passenger van with 10 to 14 ladies and taking them to visit each store. We pack them a lunch, give them a goodie bag filled with paper, embelishments, ribbon, stickers and other fun stuff. Each store offers a little something different for the ladies to experience. At the end of the day when we get back to the home store we will raffle a basket full of Scrapbooking supplies valued over $200. This is the first Tour de Crop we am participating in, it kinda feels like preparing for a Holiday...you clean, plan, shop and prepare but it's worth it because you are left with great memories to reflect on. I'll let you know how it goes.

Cannon Ball!

The time has come for me to jump into the blogging community. I have stood in front of my computer admiring the talents of the bloggers and their sites. Overwhelmed, I have been content to sit on the edge of the digital pool. With my floaties on I am jumping in! Be patient with me while I am learning, I will try not to splash you...
